Another awesome stay! My third time staying with Delmonica and each time has been flawless in every way. Her neighborhood (Petworth) is rubbing off its charm on me more and more with every visit. Just a quiet and pleasant local DC feel, close to anywhere you need to go (Uber, Lyft, Metro) and always can find parking. I drive an SUV and despite that, I've been able to park right in front of her house on each visit. Amazing! The room is a great little space and has everything you could ever need, and the bed is great - always sleep amazing at her place. Great shower too. And I love the keypad entry to the house which is great if you're coming home late (as I did coming from the playoff baseball game at Nationals Park) or even if you'll be popping in and out, no hassle with keys. Delmonica is always a delight to interact with, the cats are always super friendly with me too - it truly feels like visiting family. Her home is just so cozy and it truly has become my home away from home. Best value you'll find in the city without question and an absolute DC gem!

Delmonica’s home was the perfect place to crash for a weekend of DC exploring! She was an incredibly friendly and warm host. The space is beautiful and cozy. Not a huge room, but just perfect for what we needed.

Delmonica's house was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip. She has a very charming home in a quiet neighborhood, and we loved it. I was floored with how clean her space was too. I'm allergic to cats, and even with Gracious there I didn't have a single issue with my allergies. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, toiletries were supplied and ready for our arrival, it was perfect. An added bonus was the television with Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu ready to go. We loved staying here for the weekend.

Had a wonderful stay! This is the second time I’ve stayed with her, and she is a great host. The room is perfect for a couple of nights, and the bed is very comfortable. Her cat is just super sweet, and very friendly. She has a great presentation in the room, and a folder that is basically a book of stuff to do and information that would be great for tourists.

Delmonica’s home was very stylish and comfortable! She provided a visitor’s guide, as well as toiletries and towels, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet with easy access to public transportation, though she also provided a pass for easy street parking. I would gladly stay with Delmonica again.

The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and Delmonica provided everything I needed (towels, the BEST pillows, bottled water), and more (clothes storage, iron, and hair dryer). Located in beautiful Petworth, a delightful and convenient neighborhood in Northwest DC, not too far from prestigious Howard University. As a host, Delmonica is excellent. Responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The room we stayed in was cozy and pleasant, comfortable bed, clothes rack, TV; everything we could have needed. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, is impeccably clean, and has all the essentials. 10/10, would stay again!

Room is exactly as pictured. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Easy to operate tv. Adequate, fluffy towels. Delmonica’s home is lovely. She treated me very kindly and was extremely hospitable. Location is perfect I was able to get to u st in less than 8 min in an Uber and about 15 to NE/union station or h st. I would definitely stay again.

Delmonica’s apartment is on a nice quiet suburban street a few minutes outside the big city. Check in was easy and she frequently responded to all my messages. Apartment is amazing inside and very stylish. Bedroom is separated from the other areas so it has an extra level of privacy. Came with all amenities needed and a helpful city guide was available.
